It is advisable to read Holy Quran during the late night prayer with understanding if possible. If you cannot understand Arabic try to read roman English the translation from Arabic to English.
  

Try to read the single surah (verse) of the Holy Qur'an, you will find guidance.

We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember:  Then there is there any that will receive admonitions?
